The short version
- digiFREE is free. No sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases. We collect nothing about you.
- The discounts never expire. Show the discount when you pay, or use the code online, every visit.
- Each discount belongs to the business offering it. Its terms are on its card.
- If a business leaves Digi, its discount stays good for 30 days.
- Something not working? Tell us through digiMESSAGE on digi-discounts.com. We follow up with the business.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the digiFREE app on iPhone and Android, and to digiFREE LITE, the version some businesses place on their own website or app. How we handle information is in our Privacy Policy: in short, digiFREE collects nothing about you.
2. Who can use digiFREE
Everyone. digiFREE is family safe and rated for all ages. Children under 13 should use it with a parent's permission. We collect nothing from anyone, children included.
3. How the discounts work
- In person: show the discount on your phone before you pay.
- Online: use the code shown on the business's card.
- Every visit, new or existing customer. The discount never expires while the business is on Digi.
- The terms are on the card (for example, a minimum purchase, dine-in only, excludes alcohol). The business sets them; they apply as shown.
- If a business leaves Digi, its discount stays honored for 30 days after it tells us.
Discounts are percent off. Each business chooses its own.
digiPLUS is a separate paid app with its own levels and its own terms. digiFREE is, and stays, free.
4. The businesses
Every business on digiFREE is independently owned and operated, and verified by a person at Digi before it appears. Verification means the business joined and agreed to honor its discount as shown. Digi does not sell, make or guarantee any business's products or services, and does not endorse any business.
If a discount does not work as shown, tell us through digiMESSAGE on digi-discounts.com with the business name. We follow up with the business, and we may pause a business that does not honor its discount.
5. Location, zones and notifications
- Your location is used on your phone, to show what is near you. It is not sent to us.
- Zones: the app can tell you when you are at a business with a digiFREE discount, once per place.
- Notifications are optional. Your phone asks before any are sent, and you can switch them off any time.
Maps: on iPhone, Apple's; on Android, Google's. Google's map follows Google's own terms and privacy policy.
6. What stays on your phone
Your savings, favorites and visit history (digiTRACKER and digiSAVINGS) are stored on your phone only. We never see them. If you delete the app, they are gone, and we cannot bring them back.
7. Using digiFREE fairly
You may use digiFREE for what it is for: finding and using discounts. You may not:
- copy or scrape its listings by automated means, or copy the app itself;
- try to break it, reverse engineer it, or get into anything you were not given;
- use it to mislead, harass or harm a business or anyone else.
8. Our names and logos
digiFREE®, Digi Discounts® and our logos belong to Digi Discounts LLC. Using the app gives you no ownership of them.
9. No guarantees, and limits
digiFREE is provided as it is. We work to keep every listing accurate and the app running, but we cannot promise every discount or code is current at every moment, or that the app is always available.
10. Changes to these terms
New versions get a new number and date, and every past version stays available. Using digiFREE after a change takes effect means you accept the new version.

New Jersey law governs these terms.
