The short version
- Use our site and tools for what they are for. Do not attack them, copy them wholesale, or use them to spam or harm anyone.
- Our names, logos and designs are ours. You may share what our tools make, as made.
- Graphics you make recommend a business, they do not speak for it. The line saying so stays on every one.
- In our communities, be honest and respectful. We may remove what breaks the rules.
- Businesses on Digi are independent. Their offers, products and services are theirs.

1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use digi-discounts.com and the tools on it: the pages, the merchant form, digiECOSYSTEM, digiNETWORK, digiCREATE, digiLOCAL, digiGAMEDAY, digiNIGHTS, digiMAP, Call to ACTION, Value2 and digiMESSAGE. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
How we handle information is in our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use what
- Anyone can browse the site, subscribe to Call to ACTION if 18 or older, and use digiLOCAL.
- Merchant tools (digiECOSYSTEM, digiNETWORK, digiCREATE, digiGAMEDAY, digiNIGHTS) are for approved digiMERCHANTS and the people they authorize.
- Signing in, digiMESSAGE, Call to ACTION and events are for adults (18+).
3. Using the site fairly
You may use the site and tools for their purpose. You may not:
- attack, overload or break them, or try to get into anything you were not given access to;
- copy, scrape or harvest the site, its merchant listings or anyone's information by automated means;
- use them to send spam, or to mislead, harass or harm anyone;
- pretend to be someone else, or a business you do not represent;
- use them for anything illegal.
4. Our names, logos and designs
Digi Discounts®, digiFREE®, digiPLUS and every other digi name, our logos, the door sticker, our designs and the site itself belong to Digi Discounts LLC. Using the site gives you no ownership of them.
You may link to our pages and talk about Digi. You may not use our names or logos to suggest we endorse, sponsor or partner with you unless we have agreed in writing. Merchants' use of our marks is covered by the digiMERCHANT Agreement.
5. What you make with our tools
digiLOCAL lets anyone make a graphic that recommends local businesses on Digi. digiCREATE and digiGAMEDAY let merchants make graphics about their own discount.
When you share them:
- share them as made. Do not alter our logos or anyone else's;
- keep the line on the graphic. digiLOCAL graphics say they were made by a digiFREE user and are not an endorsement by, or affiliation with, the business named. digiGAMEDAY graphics say Digi and the merchant are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, either team named;
- do not sell them or use them to suggest a business, team or venue endorses you;
- do not add team logos, colors or league names.
Every graphic is made on your own device. We do not see or keep what you make.
6. Community rules
These apply in digiNETWORK, digiMESSAGE, and comments on Digi's own social media.
- Be honest and respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or spam.
- Post only what you have the right to post. Do not share anyone's private information.
- No selling other people's information, and no using the community to recruit merchants away from Digi's free terms into paid schemes.
What you post stays yours. You give Digi a free, non-exclusive license to show it where you posted it, for as long as it is up. Other members' posts are theirs, not Digi's; we are not responsible for them.
We may remove anything that breaks these rules and may suspend access. If you see something that should not be there, tell us through digiMESSAGE on digi-discounts.com.
When you delete your own post, it is gone. When Digi removes a post for breaking the rules, we keep a record of it.
7. Events
digiNIGHTS are in-person evenings for digiMERCHANTS.
- Digi hosts. The venue and the merchant who cooks are independent businesses, and you pay them directly. Digi is not the seller.
- You are responsible for yourself and your +1, including getting there and back.
- Any alcohol is served under the venue's license and its rules, not Digi's.
- Photos: Digi may take photos at events and share them. If you would rather not appear, tell us at the event or afterward, and we will leave you out or take it down.
Call to ACTION is a free online session, produced and controlled by Digi and sponsored by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce.
8. Contests and promotions
Any contest, giveaway or promotion Digi runs has its own official rules, published with it. Those rules govern that promotion.
9. Businesses on Digi
Every business on Digi is independently owned and operated. Digi verifies that a business has joined and agreed to honor its discount, but Digi does not sell, make or guarantee any business's products or services, and does not endorse any business.
If a discount does not work as shown, tell us through digiMESSAGE on digi-discounts.com. We follow up with the business.
10. Other websites
Our pages link to other companies' sites and services (for example, app stores, social media, YouTube, booking calendars, and merchants' own websites). They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11. No guarantees, and limits
The site and tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and running, but we cannot promise they will always be available, error-free, or that every listing is current at every moment.
12. Suspending access
We may suspend or end access to any part of the site for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we tell you why.
13. Changes to these terms
New versions get a new number and date, and every past version stays available. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the new version. Merchants are emailed about changes that affect them.
14. Law
New Jersey law governs these terms.
