The short version

- Real answers. Episodes run about 30 minutes, and we never give you the questions beforehand.
- You get the full edited episode, free, to share anywhere.
- We may record, edit and publish it, including short clips, with your name, face, voice and business.

1. Who this is between
This release is between Digi Discounts LLC (New Jersey), which produces Value2 ("we", "us"), and you, the guest. If you appear for a business, you confirm you are allowed to speak for it.
2. What happens
- We record a conversation of about 30 minutes, on video and audio, in person or online.
- We never share the questions beforehand, and there is no script. That is the point of the show: your customers get authentic answers.
- We edit the recording into an episode, and we may make shorter clips from it.
3. Your permission
You give Digi Discounts LLC permission, free and without payment, to:
- record you and the conversation;
- edit it (cutting, reordering and trimming, never changing what you meant);
- publish the episode and clips on YouTube, podcast platforms, Digi's websites and apps, and social media, anywhere in the world;
- use your name, face, voice, words, business name and logo in the episode, its title, thumbnail and description, and in promoting Value2.
We own the recording and the edited episode.
4. What you get
- The full edited episode, free. Post it on your website and your social media, show it to customers, and make your own clips from it.
- Share it as it is. Please do not change what was said or present it as something else.
- We may send you the episode link and clips to make sharing easy.
5. What you promise
- What you say is yours to say. Nothing confidential that belongs to someone else, nothing false about another person or business.
- If anyone else appears (staff, family, customers), they have agreed to be recorded.
- No music or video you do not have the rights to playing in the background.
- If we record at your business, you are allowed to let us film there.
6. No endorsement, no strings
- Value2 is its own show. Appearing on it does not mean Digi endorses your business, or that you endorse Digi.
- You are a guest, not a sponsor, partner or employee.
- If Value2 ever has sponsors, they get no information about you and no say in your episode.
- You do not have to be a digiMERCHANT to be a guest, and being a guest is never a condition of being one.
7. Changing your mind
If you want your episode taken down, tell us through digiMESSAGE on digi-discounts.com. We remove it from our channels and stop using clips of it. We may keep a private copy in our records.
Copies other people have already saved or reposted are outside our control.
8. Your information
Booking a recording through our scheduling page gives us your name, email and business so we can arrange it. How we handle that is in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it and never give it to sponsors.
9. General
- New Jersey law governs this release.
- This release, the episode and our Privacy Policy are the whole understanding between us about your appearance.
